Watto’s Card Yard reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Watto’s Card Yard works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct. However on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or cancellation.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.


Payment for all orders is taken in full using either World Pay or PayPal when the order is placed. (This includes any Pre Order product)


Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. Watto’s Card Yard is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. 

Watto’s Card Yard will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer, either directly or by PayPal when checking out. Watto’s Card Yard do not assume responsibility for goods that don’t reach their desired destination.

Watto’s Card Yard regrets that we are unable to sell any sealed products to any country outside of the EU/EEA. Any orders that contain sealed products that have a delivery address to such countries will have those products refunded or the order cancelled.


You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund with the exceptiion of an order that contains a Pre order item. Items listed as a Pre order (shown in the item(s) description) are not subject to modification, cancellation, or refund, either in whole or in part, once submitted. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Watto’s Card Yard  reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.


Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Products must be returned in the same condition as sent out. Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

Watto’s Card Yard is not responsible for any postage costs to return the products. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Please package the item securely for transit, using the original packaging if available, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete.

Watto’s Card Yard does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Watto’s Card Yard will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
